This trip is aboard Wings 2, a 60 foot Catamaran with a maximum of 25 divers and a Dive Staff of 2. It is for 2 days, 2 nights, and allows 3 dives.
Departure Information
Departure is from Airlie Beach at 1:00 PM Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, return time 12:00 PM.
The Dive
Wings offers an unbeatable combination of sailing, speed and Scuba diving. Her towering sailing rig and powerful engines promise stable level sailing at a pretty exciting clip. The boat crusies the inner reef/island region of the Whitsunday Islands and on each trip the route is set to take advantage of the conditions of the day, as well as the interests of their guests.
The beautiful beaches of the Whitsunday Islands are a great place for your first scuba experience due to the relaxed and easy beach approaches to deeper waters. Four professional crew (including two dive instructors) will set the standard of fun and share their experience and knowledge with you.
Scuba Divers and introductory scuba divers can make up to 3 dives on this trip.
In the evening you’ll enjoy a world famous Aussie BBQ under the stars. Wings will show you the beauty of the underwater world and some seriously fast fun. Air-conditioned double berth and private cabins are available.

The Boat
Wings 2 is a beautiful and modern sailing catamaran, outfitted for cruising the Whitsunday Islands The boat is 17 meters long, and can accommodate up to 25 guests in double, twin-share and 4-share cabins.
Under sail the boat can do up to 12 knots as it cruises between scenic island locations. Wings features 3 DVDs and a PC system with a huge home theatre movie screen and surround sound, making it a lively and upbeat sailing experience.
